1. Who we are

Tablewit is published by Gabriel Rigon Tecnologia Ltda (GBRLRG) ("we", "us"), a company registered in Brazil, CNPJ 33.908.632/0001-07. You can reach us at hello@tablewit.app.

2. The app

Tablewit has six logic games. Every day brings a new challenge per game, the same for everyone, and each game also has personal levels. There is no Tablewit account: your progress lives on your devices and, if you turn it on, in your iCloud (on Apple devices) or in Android backup in your Google Account. Since we don't have a copy, looking after those backups is up to you. Progress and purchases don't move between platforms: what is on your iPhone doesn't show up on Android, and the other way around.

3. License

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment and not for commercial purposes. You may not:

4. Age and minors

Tablewit is a game for all ages. If you are a minor under the law where you live, use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian. They are responsible for purchases made on their accounts and can control them with Apple's features (Family Sharing, Ask to Buy, Screen Time) or Google's (Family Link, purchase authentication in Google Play). When Apple or Google Play tells the app that someone is under 13, the app offers no videos, as the privacy policy explains.

5. In-app purchases

6. Refunds

The stores process payment, so refund requests go to them, under their rules: for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, through Google Play's refunds page. If a refund is granted, the item may be removed from the app. Nothing here limits the rights your country's consumer law gives you, and if anything goes wrong, write to us and we'll help.

7. Rewarded videos

The daily puzzles never show ads, and no video ever plays by itself. You may choose to watch a short video, served by Google AdMob, to earn a reward, such as a treat for your streak or the next level. The reward arrives when the video ends. Sometimes no video is available, and we may change the rewards or stop offering videos. The ads come from third parties, and we aren't responsible for the products or services advertised. The Full Set removes the videos.

8. Game Center, Play Games and other accounts

The ranking and achievements use Apple's Game Center or Google Play Games, if you're signed in. These services, your Apple and Google accounts, iCloud and Android backup belong to third parties and follow their own terms. The ranking shows other players the nickname and avatar you chose in those services, so don't use anything offensive or that isn't yours. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their outages or changes.

9. App Store and Google Play

10. Fair play

Only the challenges count for the ranking, and it is the same for everyone: purchases give no bonus. Don't use bots, scripts, modified apps, bugs or any other trick to gain points, streaks or items. We may disregard, reset or ask for the removal of scores obtained that way, where Apple and Google allow it. If you find a bug, tell us.

11. Intellectual property

The app, the challenges and levels, the mascots, the artwork, the sounds, the texts and the Tablewit name and brand belong to us or are licensed to us. The puzzle families (such as Star Battle, Takuzu, Light Up, Shikaku and Tents & Trees) are classic genres, and we claim nothing over them. You're welcome to share screenshots and your results.

12. Availability and changes to the app

We want Tablewit to work well every day, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, free of errors or compatible with every device. We may release updates, change, add or remove games and features, and one day even stop offering the app. If we remove something you bought, we'll do what we reasonably can to keep access to what is already on your device, and any consumer rights you have still apply.

13. Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", with no warranties beyond those the law requires. Also to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or for progress lost by deleting the app, switching devices without a backup, or outages of third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be excluded or limited, or the rights you have as a consumer, such as those under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code and your own country's consumer laws.

14. Privacy

How we handle information about you is explained in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

15. Ending

You can stop using the app whenever you like, just delete it. If you seriously break these terms, the license in section 3 ends. The sections on intellectual property, liability and governing law keep applying after that.

16. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll publish the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll also give clear notice, in the app or on this page, before it takes effect. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new version; if you don't, you can stop using it.

17. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Mogi Mirim/SP, Brazil, are chosen to settle disputes, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring a claim in the courts where they live. If you live outside Brazil, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country and your right to go to its courts still apply. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Before any dispute, write to us: almost everything can be settled by email.
